Staff recommends that the City Council accept a quitclaim of existing easements from Tri Pointe Homes for electric utility purposes for Tract Map No. 37389-6, PA 9A within the Atwell development for the maintenance of the City-owned electric distribution system.

Consideration of Resolution 2025-111, Authorizing a Property Rental Agreement for the Wanderlust Pop-Up Food Truck Festival through December 27, 2025, the Extension of the Event's Temporary Use Permit (TUP) and the Continued Waiver of Certain Fees Associated with Event
To guide the City’s decision-making, staff recommends the City Council consider the following two primary options:
Provide direction on responsibility of sanitation for event, including possibility of City constructing a porta-potty enclosure and continue covering sanitation services through 2027, with annual Council review.
Consideration of Resolution No. 2025-112 to Approve Budget Appropriation to fund the SWAG contract
Approve Appropriation for SWAG contract in the amount of $48,502/month for a not to exceed total of $582,024 for FY2026 from the General Fund.
